This is Unchain's Killer Move, with which he uses his telekinetic powers to pick up a large number of objects nearby and throw them at his foe with great force. This move is extremely hard to dodge, and the damage it is able to deliver is largely dependent on what is used as projectiles.
This move has proven to be useless against IS-KA as his S Gene allows him to create a 'black hole' that will engulf anything that is thrown at it, including a small car. Ratman can also use his S Gene to enter a Berserk State, which causes all the animal cells that Unchain had consumed to fear him, thereby making him too frightened to focus his psychic powers.
